Ontario Small Business Advisory Centres deliver provincially funded programs and services that help entrepreneurs and small businesses start, grow and succeed. With more than 50 centres across Ontario, OSBACs foster local business growth and strengthen communities across the province.
OSBAC programs and services are delivered by the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre and are funded in partnership with the Government of Ontario.
As Windsor-Essex’s local Ontario Small Business Advisory Centre, the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre provides information, referrals, advisory services, mentoring, workshops, networking opportunities and business resources for entrepreneurs and small businesses at all stages of development.

The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre (SBEC), a division of Invest WindsorEssex, was pleased to welcome Nina Tangri, Associate Minister of Small Business, to Windsor-Essex this morning for an announcement highlighting continued support for entrepreneurs and small businesses across Ontario.The Ontario government is investing $49 million over the next three years in the newly branded Ontario Small Business Advisory Centres (OSBAC) network. The Summer Company program, delivered in partnership with the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, provides students entrepreneurial training, mentorship and grants of up to $3,000.
