New program to help newcomer entrepreneurs in Windsor-Essex
A new program in Windsor Essex is empowering newcomers to be entrepreneurs.
It’s called the New Start Ventures Program supported by the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre (SBEC) – a division of Invest Windsor-Essex and funded by the Libro Credit Union.
