As organizations advance equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), backlash has become a common challenge. This virtual session presented by the Diversity Institute, the 50-30 Challenge in conjunction with the Women’s Executive Network examines the roots of these issues, including feelings of exclusion, skepticism about outcomes and fears of change.
Participants will explore how to address these concerns while maintaining a clear and steady commitment to inclusion. They will learn how to reframe EDI as a unifying effort that benefits everyone, to create understanding and reduce opposition.
