“Export” can feel like a big, intimidating word. But expanding into new markets, whether that means selling to a new province or exploring international buyers, starts with research. This workshop teaches participants how to use AI to explore potential markets, understand what buyers in different regions care about, size up the competition, and figure out whether a new market is worth pursuing. It takes what used to require external consultants or weeks of desk research and turns it into something an entrepreneur can start doing in an afternoon.
