You’ll learn what documents and materials must be included, how each component should be assembled and how they work together to support a strong filing.

We’ll walk through practical steps for drafting descriptions, organizing drawings and preparing supporting information in a clear and compliant way. The session also outlines the main stages of the patent examination process, offering insight into how applications are reviewed and how examiners assess clarity, support, novelty and non‑obviousness.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a clearer understanding of the rules and expectations that shape a successful patent application, along with practical guidance to help them prepare their materials while still consulting a registered patent agent or patent lawyer for professional advice.
