Feeling stretched thin by marketing, admin, and client work all at once? This free one-hour workshop that’s in partnership with WeBC is designed for women entrepreneurs who wear many hats and want to reclaim time without hiring a large team. Research on women-owned businesses in Canada highlights time pressure, limited staff, and difficulty choosing the right digital tools as common pain points, so this session focuses on practical, low-friction solutions.
You’ll explore AI tools that can help with everyday tasks like drafting emails, organizing meeting notes, managing to-do lists, and planning content, with guidance on which types of tools are best suited to which problems.
Through demos, you’ll see how you can map your own “time drains” to specific AI-powered options and practice at least one mini-workflow—for example, turning messy notes into an action list, or turning a simple idea into a week of social content. You’ll leave with a short list of recommended tools, a simple workflow you can implement immediately, and criteria to evaluate new AI tools as your business grows.
Who is this for?
