Important Application Information

Agree must be selected in Part 1 and 2 to submit Application

To: Invest WindsorEssex

This application (the “Application”) is submitted by the undersigned (sometimes referred to as “I”, “me”, “you”, “your”, or the “Business”) to Invest WindsorEssex for the reimbursement of eligible expenses (as defined below) incurred by my business as a direct result of the disruption caused by the demonstrations that occurred in the city of Windsor between January 31 and February 18, 2022.  I acknowledge that the funding for the West Windsor Small Business Relief Fund (“Relief Fund”) has been provided to Invest WindsorEssex by the federal Minister responsible for Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (the “Minister”) and by the Government of Ontario (sometimes referred to as “the Province”). Funding will be provided in the form of a non-repayable contribution to me (except in the event of a default by me as described below).

Invest WindsorEssex will be relying on the truth and completeness of the information submitted by me in this Application. I acknowledge that it is in the sole discretion of Invest WindsorEssex whether or not to accept this Application and provide funding as requested, and submission of this Application does not create an obligation on Invest WindsorEssex to provide such funding to me If this Application is accepted by Invest WindsorEssex as evidenced by electronic approval at a later date and upon the release of certain funding to me, I acknowledge and agree that only then will this Application constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between Invest WindsorEssex and me.

  • Step 4: Provide Your Applicant Information
