Southwestern Ontario Development Fund
The provincial government's Southwestern Ontario Development Fund provides funding and complementary services support for projects and investments to businesses, municipalities and non-profit organizations for economic development in our region.
Eligible businesses can access funding for projects that create jobs and build talent, attract and encourage private sector investment, lead to business growth and broad positive economic impacts, and encourage innovation, collaboration and cluster development.
Southern Ontario Fund for Investment in Innovation
The Southern Ontario Fund for Investment in Innovation (SOFII) is a loan program that supports high-growth, innovative small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in rural and urban communities by offering loans of $150,000 and $500,000 to support all aspects of growth challenges.
Eligible businesses can receive funding for late stage commercialization, new product or service developments, new applications or markets and development or implementation of new processes or technologies.
